Three peaches, ~2T goji berries, fresh coconut water, tiny bit of coconut flesh.
Who knows if it tastes any good.. I’m still too sick to taste/smell anything.

Am I the only one who thinks this stuff tastes like Ovaltine?
Mixing one scoop of this with fresh coconut water is the only time I will ever be able to consume any sort of protein/supplement powder.

Loads and loads of red grapes blended up to a super sweet drink and pineapple on the side.
Fresh grape juice is so much better than that fake stuff that I’ve always hated and somehow sweeter than the artificial kind? People are missing out buying that Welch’s crap, just sayin’.

Morning snack! 2 containers of organic raspberries and another bottle of green juice. I’m treating myself today to expensive produce.

Breakfast smoothie/soup.
Green base: ~6 stalks of kale, 3 bananas, and 8oz of coconut water.
Sweet topping: 4 dates, 2 bananas, cinnamon, maca powder, pinch of cacao and tiniest bit of water to get everything moving.
Hemp seeds & chia seeds sprinkled on top.

Today’s salad is mixed greens, sweet red bell pepper, snap peas, peaches and a very very small handful of raw pistachios. Dressed with flax oil, apple cider vinegar & maple syrup.
Definitely feeling some detox symptoms. My body is feeling heavy as though I did an intense workout and I have a terrible nasal drip that won’t go away. On the plus side, my face is already looking clear and I did just fine without my daily caffeine dose. I know it’s only day two but I’m really proud of myself.

Couldn’t resist buying these too. I’m a sucker for new raw products, unpasteurized juice, and clean packaging. Never mind the fact I can easily make all three on my own, I just want to try someone else’s work.

You know what’s a great motivation to eat raw? Brutal heat. No way am I eating cooked food with temperatures in the 90s.
Tonight’s dinner is collard wraps filled with all sorts of goodness.
