It feels like I make this drink everyday but when I don’t, I certainly crave it. The staple ingredients are always the same: bananas, water, & cacao powder. However I always end up adding something extra like frozen raspberries, almond butter, or sneaking in a little wheatgrass.
The benefits of quality cacao are tremendous! In the 1 ounce that I added to my drink today I received - 4g of fat, 9g of fiber, 5g of protein, 4% RDA of calcium, and 22% RDA of iron. Not to add the amazing antioxidants and other important minerals such as manganese that are packed in this delicious powder.
