I make smoothies without measurements, just purely based on what I have available and what I’m craving most. I add a lot of water/coconut water too so that usually bumps it up to just over half a gallon. But if I’m craving bananas or have an entire bunch going bad, what the hell I’ll add them all and take my sweet time sipping it over the next hour or two.

You know what’s a great motivation to eat raw? Brutal heat. No way am I eating cooked food with temperatures in the 90s.

Early morning mono meal. This pineapple is so sweet & juicy! Perfect choice.
Breakfast prep means I barely skin the pineapple and leave massive chunks uncut that are twice the size of my mouth. Whatevs.

I always eat in bed when I’m home alone. Eating some watermelon then doing some serious stretching.
In regards to my purchases, I always choose organic. A few years ago I had a terrible allergic reaction to a eating conventional mango.. think botched Botox lips.. both crusty AND oozing puss. Not pretty. Since then I’ve always put buying organic produce as my top priority. I am thankfully in a position where I can afford it and have available resources to obtain such a wide selection week to week between small health food stores and an absolutely amazing local farm that grows a number of things for a small price. Outside of the home, I am careful of what non-organic produce I choose to eat just because I have developed some weird reactions but that’s not to say I don’t eat just because it isn’t organic!

OK, what’s happening here? Suddenly my face is one giant break out, my jeans are a bit snug, and I’m just mentally dragging day to day. Clearly something very wrong happened this week. This is me facing my faults/mistakes and reminding myself to do better in the most obnoxious way possible.

I ordered two cases of these 8oz bottles of heaven from my local health food store today. I much rather have a personal stash than be forced to make a trek to the store every time I need my fix because this drink is incredibly addicting.

Broke out the juicer tonight to satisfy a sweet tooth in this heat. Sipping on one pineapple, one watermelon, half a cantaloupe, and three oranges.

I love sleeping in, hate oversleeping. Today I did both and not only did I wake up starving but now I’m in this sleep daze I can’t seem to shake. Morning snack was three peaches and now I’m gulping down this green smoothie of six overripe bananas, entire head of romaine, 1 teaspoon maca powder and two tablespoons cacao powder.
